| Will I receive the item displayed on the Website? |

Our inventory of gold and silver products is too large to photograph each item individually. We use representational images to represent the item you will receive. Although you will most likely not receive the item pictured, you will receive an item very similar. Example, when ordering a pre 1967 quarter, you will not receive the item pictured, but you will receive a quarter of a random year (from our inventory) from 1966 or prior.

| How do I place an order with Northshore Gold and Silver? |

| All orders are taken over the telephone by one of our in-house sales representatives but must be picked up.
Federal Express, Purolator and Canada Post will not insure precious metal shipping.
Upon receipt of your entire order, we will provide you with a total purchase price.

Yes, in most circumstances, Northshore Gold and Silver will only accept orders over $500.
Smaller orders may be placed if picking up in person.
